Obituary of Gregory C. Rudegeair
Mr. Gregory Charles Rudegeair (August 2, 1956) of Willingboro, NJ passed away on Friday, January 25 at his home.
Greg was the loving son of Peter and Agnes Rudegeair. He was born in Lebanon, Pennsylvania and grew up in Willingboro, NJ. He attended Holy Cross High School (1975) and went on to get his Associates Degree in Criminal Justice from Burlington County Community College.
He previously worked at Del Aval in Florence, NJ and Hoeganaes in Cinnaminson, NJ.
Greg is survived by his sister Debbie Holzinger and her husband John, his niece Michele and her husband Paul, and his nephew John.
Greg will be remembered for his sense of humor. He loved cracking jokes and telling funny one-liners. He also had a great love of animals: his faithful dog Diana passed several months ago and he was always looking to rescue another bird or rodent. He loved spending time outdoors and getting to be in nature. He was a member of Black Watch Drum and Bugle Corp and cherished his friends that he met during those years.
During his last few years, Greg spent a great deal of time with his friends at Calvary Bible Baptist Church. He spoke fondly of camping trips and the love that he felt from the community.
A memorial service will be held for Greg at Calvary Bible Baptist Church, 594 Beverly Rancocas Road, Willingboro, NJ on Saturday, February 9. There will be calling hours at the Church from 10:30am -11am, followed by a memorial service at 11am. In lieu of flowers, please send any donations to SPCA (Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) or the local Humane Society.
