Greg was as close as a brother could be. We met in the early 70s Black Watch. We sat next to each in the baritone line and we argued like brother and sister with Debbie yelling at us " knock it Off. And we did. I remember my mom always saying how handsome he was. And yes he was. When I came back to jersey he was one of the first people I reached out to. It was wonderful to pick up like no time had passed. Kind and generous was his spirit. I will miss you terribly. Rest easy my friend. I will love you always

The last few years whenever we saw each other, he would always thank me for sharing my parents with him during his years in Black Watch. In his own words he had many run ins with my dad, but as he got older he realized that my father was just trying to prepare him for life.
Greg was a great guy to be around. My condolences to Debbie, RIP Greg.

My earliest memory was when I was young, Greg was the big kid who was a school safety at the corner of Eastbrook and Empire Lane who helped us cross the street. He was a valuable part of the Echohill Lane family throughout his life.
When my Mom got older, he kept an eye out for her and would be on call if we needed him. The neighboring care was mutual.
He was always a friendly guy. In his later years it was good to see him have animal companions and join the Calvalry Church. He was excited about that.
Condolences to Debbie and Family.
