My cousin Rich always had a joke and a hug & kiss when greeting me. Perhaps one of my favorite parts of him is his amazing singing voice to the wonderful ‘50’s music. Q: How did you meet Richard?
A: I first met Richard at a friend’s gathering and we were sharing about being musicians. I explained to him I was a guitar player and he explained he was a singer and he told me about a video that he was in on YouTube singing from the street corner 5 that year I plan to perform at a convention in Atlantic City and I needed a singer, and I asked Richard if he would sing for me he graciously said yes, and we rehearsed and we practiced until it was time for the convention in Atlantic City and we had our first performance. It went so well that we decided we were gonna do this every year and after that convention, we spent the next seven months rehearsing and practicing for the next one this time performing new songs and we were really excited about the next show Richard taught me a lot about music He wasn’t just a music partner. He was my friend. I really admired his energy to perform and I enjoy singing with him although we won’t make it to the next show. I know he’ll be there in spirit.

I believe I entered my words of wisdom for this fine young man last night let me do it again. RICH was my best friend we talked together. He lived at my house at 48 Warren St. with Bobreasso and Paul, BLODGETT and Chuck Gillis We party together in our younger days and we party together in our middle-age days and we continue to party. Even December 4 we had breakfast together. We were close is an understatement. I miss him dearly a very talented. A great father a great husband just a great great overall human being. I miss you big guy.

Q: How did you meet Richard?
A: I met Richard about two years ago he joined our group! One Day At A Time on Zoom. Rich brought life to the group with his jokes, smiles, songs and words of encouragement. He will be missed.
