Obituary of Joan Werner

Joan Werner born and raised in Hamilton/ Trenton, NJ. She passed away quickly and peacefully at Complete Care at Burlington Woods nursing home with dementia and Alzheimer's. Born on 4/4/1933. Raised in a large loving family of 13, and she is a twin. Her mother and father, Lena and Steven Morgan.

She was a factory worker most of her life until she was married to Thomas Werner and had 3 daughters, Joanne, Laura and Cathy. She worked at Bayer Aspirins in Trenton NJ for a number of years and at Lehn and Fink until she retired. Mom had a good heart and loved cooking for her family. Especially Christmas cookie.

She loved going dancing, going to the beach in her younger years with her twin sister, Janet and her friends. They were known as the Morgan twins. She also loved animals especially cats. Her cats were her baby's and treated very well. Loved being outside just sitting on her porch in the sun. She loved her family and cherished her grandkids and great grandkids She is preceded in death by her parents, many siblings and her daughter Cathy Werner.

Joan is survived by her daughters, Joanne Werner, Laura Werner Tous and son in-law Michael Tous. Her grandchildren, Danny Tumillo, Christopher Tumillo, Stacie Bencivengo, Jackie Tumillo, Kim Sovinski, Melaine Dilts, April Dilts, Tony Sparaco, Thomas Sparaco. Also, her 10 great-grandchildren. 

Funeral Services and Interment will be private and at the convenience of her family.

Instead of flowers, mom would love the money sent to animal shelters in her memory.
