John was a great team mate. I played baseball and basketball with him for years in Northport (LI) and was a part of the undefeated team in 9th grade noted in the Obituary.
He was a man of great intellect, energy, and integrity, evident to all of us in his early years. Although we lived separate lives, I am grateful to the times we shared golfing in later years. (Picture included)
He was a credit to his family, friends, and community and he will be dearly missed
