Melissa Malcolm of Mt. Laurel, NJ passed away on January 26, 2022. She was 38 years old.

Melissa was known for being a kind, caring, and beautiful soul who always displayed remarkable strength through the toughest of times. Her passion in life was being a Veterinary Nurse- having spent the last 16 years working at BluePearl Pet Hospital where she was admired by all who worked with her. Melissa was devoted to providing the best love and care for all her patients and would take in any animal that needed a loving place to call home. She lived on her very own "funny farm" and filled it with animals that brought her the utmost joy. A loving dog mom, Melissa had her dearest furbabies Cory and Chewie both patiently waiting for her at the rainbow bridge. She was funny, smart, and her huge heart made a lasting impact on all those lucky enough to have known her.

Melissa continues on in the hearts of her mother Patricia and sister Taylor. She is preceded in death by her father William, grandparents Tomoko and Leonard, grandmother Caroline, and her aunt Millie and uncle Greg. She also lovingly survived by cousins Melanie, Michelle, Monica, Greg, Chelsea, Jeremy, Bridget, Matthew, Elana, Ethan, Noah, Eli, Adam, aunt Susie, and many more family and friends.

A private, intimate service will be held for close friends and family. Masks required."
