Kenneth L. Leinweber of Willingboro died Thursday, September 29, 2016, at Care One At Moorestown, Moorestown. He was 81.

He is survived by .his Beloved Wife : Beverly A. (nee : Peterson) Leinweber, Daughter : Judy Leinweber, Son and Daughter-in-law: Greg and Christine Leinweber, Two Grandsons : Daniel and Stephen Leinweber, Two Sisters: Kathy Ward and Willma Phegley, other relatives and friends.

He was a very positive person who was very active in the Willingboro Presbyterian Church, and the Willingboro Art Alliance. He enjoyed painting and photography and had a great love of mountains, classical music, space and airplanes. He graduated from Washington State University with a B.A. in Fine Arts. He worked as an artist for years with General Electric and worked his way up to Manager of Public Relations at General Electric Reentry Division in King of Prussia, Pa which later became Lockheed Martin.

During his time with General Electric he was involved in the space program and was very involved with and moved by the manned Lunar missions of the late 60s and 70s.After his retirement, he continued with his art and spent many hours photographing many parts of the world including Antarctica and Africa.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, 11am, at the Goes – Scolieri Funeral Home, 212 Levitt Pkwy, Willingboro,NJ. Relatives and Friends may call Tuesday Morning after 10 am at the funeral home. Interment will private and at the convenience of his family.
