Jayre G. Wynn

January 30, 2020Jayre G. Wynn (Army) of Willingboro, NJ passed away peacefully at his home Thursday, January 23, 2020, surrounded by family and friends. He was 94.

Born in Forsyth, Georgia, he was the youngest of six children. After his family left Georgia , they moved to Passaic, NJ. Jayre entered theUS Army and was assigned to Germany. He retired from the US Army, November 1965 as a Staff Sergeant.

During his stay in Germany, he met and married his First wife Berta Wynn and they had two daughters. Years later, Jayre joined the New Apostolic Church, Cinnaminson, NJ, in the early 1980's. He became a Deacon , and then studied into Priesthood.

Jayre met and married his second wife Joyce Smith. She passed away several years ago. He is survived his Sister : Irma Tyler, a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, February 1, 2020, 10am at the Goes – Scolieri Funeral Home, 212 Levitt Parkway, Willingboro, NJ.Relatives and friends may call Saturday Morning, 9am – 10am at the funeral home. Interment with US Army Honors : Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson,NJ.
