Obituary of Pauline E. Foglia

Pauline Edith Foglia, age 88, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, December 12, 2019.  Born on October 27, 1931 in St. Andrews, Newfoundland, Pauline was predeceased by her father and mother,  Walter Doyle and  Phoebe Mills;  stepmother, Anne Doyle; and  her sister,  Marie Doyle.

Beloved wife of the late Wallace Foglia, Pauline is survived by her daughter Wanda, sons Lawrence (Rose), Keith (Laura) and Michael (Kristine), and eight granddaughters: Josslyn, Hannah, Caroline, Zoe, Molly, Madison, Hayley, and Samantha. She also is survived by her sisters Catherine, Marilyn and Sylvia, and her brothers Kevin, Brendan, and Brian, along with many nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank her caregiver,Diane Palmer,  who has been devoted to her for the past three and a half years.

Pauline met her husband Wallace while they were both working at a military base in Canada, and when the US Army  Corps of Engineers moved him back to the states she came with him. They moved to Willingboro in 1967 and joined Corpus Christi Church. After lovingly raising her four children until they were all school age, she returned to work in various administrative positions and retired from being property manager at Renaissance Club Condominiums. She approached her work the way she raised her children and handled all things in her life: compassionately, ethically, and responsibly.

Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at 10:30 at Corpus Christi R.C. Church, 11 South Sunset Road, Willingboro, NJ. Relatives and friends may call Wednesday Morning, 9am – 10am at the Goes – Scolieri Funeral Home, 212 Levitt Parkway, Willingboro, NJ. Private interment to follow.
