To the Family, so sorry for your loss. Hope you will be comforted in knowing that James has the prospect of being resurrected, healthy (in the flesh), to Paradise Earth just as Jehovah God has promised. In fact , the vast majority will enjoy everlasting life right here on earth as God had intended from the beginning. God's Kingdom will do this under the rule of Jesus Christ. READ John 5:28, 29, Job 14:14, 15,Psalms 37:29,Matthew 6:9,10, Matthew 5:5 and Revelation 21:2-4 Go To: JW.ORG

Nothing but fond memories of Rev. And Mrs Barber growing up. He always had a kind word and time for all of us kids. Beverly Pres will always be my "home" church (even though I have been gone from there for over 30 years), in part because of his influence in our lives. A big part of our history has now gone to heaven. I will be unable to stop and pay my respects on Friday but will be thinking of the family.

I was saddened to read of the loss of your loved one.
When we lose our loved one in death it is the most difficult
time in our life. However, there is loving
comfort in Psalms 55:22 “throw your burden on God
and he will sustain you..” Yes, no matter what you are facing
God is there to help you get through it. May you continue to
have the love and support from family and friends. I sincerely
hope that this Bible message brings you
a measure of comfort during this difficult time.

Rev. Barber touched my life as a young child by being a gentle and caring leader of our Clinton church. I was blessed to be raised in a church led by him.

"Papa" will always be considered part of my family! He touched so many lives on a daily basis. I enjoyed listening to all his stories and feel priviledged and honored to have known him and will surely miss seeing him each week at the Sunrise Diner to eat breakfast with the gang! He will always remain in our hearts and will continue to pray for his family.

Papa isn't part of his own family. Loser. Legacy destroyed. His life was my meaningless to his own son. You can thank Delores for that
