Obituary of Emma Iris Rivas

  Mrs. Emma Iris Rivas Santiago (Cana) of Brooklyn, New York, born on June 11, 1958 in San Sebastián, Puerto Rico to the late Judith Alicea and the late Gervacio Santiago, passed away at age 60 on September 2, 2018 in Willingboro, New Jersey.  She was a Crossing Guard for the Willingboro Township until retiring in 2015.

  Emma was the beloved wife of Santos Rivas Jr. She is survived by her sons, Daniel and Bryant Rivas; and her grandchildren Bryant Jr. and Adrianna Rivas. Emma lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures; talking with friends and family, eating, and spending time with her grandkids. She will be deeply missed by her friends, family, and all who knew her.

  Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, September 8, 2018, 9:30am at the Corpus Christi R.C. Church, 11 South Sunset Road, Willingboro,NJ. Relatives and friends may call Friday Evening, 7pm - 9pm and Saturday Morning 8am - 9am at the Goes - Scolieri Funeral Home, 212 Levitt Pkwy, Willingboro,NJ. Interment : Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Berlin, NJ.
