Obituary of Roberta Cuneo - Vega

Roberta Cuneo-Vega born July 29, 1963

Died April 30, 2018 after a valiant battle with pancreatic cancer.

Daughter of the late Robert Cuneo and late Barbara Cuneo (nee Schrey) She will be forever remembered by her devoted husband, Xavier Vega, son Andrew Cuneo, and two grandchildren, Camron and Revyn Cuneo.

She leaves behind four loving siblings, Marita Murtha, Charles Cuneo, Eileen Cuneo Brown and Donna Fox.

After graduating Sterling High School, class of 1981, She joined the work force, finding her career bliss as Executive Assistant for Burlington Coat Factory, where she was a superstar, organizing countless corporate events and town hall meetings. She was particularly proud of her charity work with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and the annual Light the Night charity events.

An avid reader, Roberta would often be found relaxing on her backyard deck, with a cup of tea and a novel. She loved nature and trips to the shore.

A celebration of Roberta's life will be held on Friday, May 4th , 2018 at 5pm – 7pm at the Goes – Scolieri Funeral Home,212 Levitt Pkwy, Willingboro ,NJ. (609)871-1000. Interment will be private and at the convenience of her family. In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation in Roberta's name can be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society at http://www.lightthenight.org
