Obituary of Agnes G. Novak

On Wednesday September 20th, Agnes Grace Novak  (nee Brown) died peacefully in her sleep. She is preceded in death by her husband Frederick J Novak and son Frederick Novak. She is survived  by her daughter Deborah Flynn  (nee Novak) and husband James, her grandchildren James Flynn IV and wife Yejin Sun Woo, Sean Flynn, and Kelin Flynn, as well as her great granddaughter Lani Sun Woo Flynn. She is remembered foundly by her many nieces and nephews as well.

Agnes, was born October 4th 1936 to John Hugh Brown and Stella Brown (nee Cupzynski). At age six, following the passing of her father, she and her sister, Teresa  grew up together in the Philadelphia Catholic Home for Girls. Throughout the years, she and her younger sister were still lovingly looked after by their four older brothers led by the eldest son, Johnny.   She graduated from St. Hubert’s High school.

On June 9th 1956, Agnes married Frederick in Philadelphia, PA. Shortly after, her son Frederick was born on March 23rd 1957 followed by the birth of her daughter Deborah on January 19th of 1960.

She is loved and dearly missed by her family. 

Graveside Funeral Services and Interment will be held Tuesday, September 26,2023, 10 am at the Odd Fellows Cemetry, Rt.130 South, Burlington,NJ. Relatives and friends please meet directly at the cemetery.
