Griselda Cecilia Lestrade Burke, 87, of Willingboro, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on May 17, 2026, in Tennessee.

She was born on October 24, 1938, in Massacre, Dominica West Indies to Deles Lestrade and Philomen Collins. Griselda devoted over 25 years of service as a certified nurse at Cinnaminson Manor Nursing Home, where she cared for many with compassion and dedication.

She loved the Lord, her family, playing cards, and crossword puzzles. She enjoyed music and cooking, and her food was always full of flavor. Griselda also enjoyed watching TV and movies, especially anything by Tyler Perry. Griselda loved to laugh, so whether you were laughing with her or she was laughing at you — either way, she was going to laugh.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Robert, and her sons, Roland, Reegan, and Raymond.

She leaves to cherish her memory her son, Ronald Burke; daughters, Roselyn Victor (Michael), Rose Hicks (Shawn), and Rosamond Griffin (Reagan Sr); sister, Jacqueline Lestrade-Blanc (Franklin); grandchildren, Ronald, Tamika, Rita, Latasha, Ebonie, Reagan Jr., Akil, and Kilan; great-grandchildren, Xavier, Jameer, Austin, Charlie, and Darnell IV; along with many loved ones, family members, and friends.

The family appreciates all prayers, love, and support during this difficult time.

Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, May 30,2026, 10:30am at the Corpus Christi R.C. Church, 11 South Sunset Road, Willingboro, NJ. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation Saturday Morning, 9am - 10am at the Goes - Scolieri Funeral Home, 212 Veterans Parkway, Willingboro, NJ. Interment : Lakeview Memorial Memorial Park, Cinnaminson,NJ.
