Farley D. Hill, 71, of Willingboro, NJ passed away peacefully on January 15, 2026 in Willingboro, NJ.
He was born in Anniston, AL to the late John and Minnie Hill on December 21, 1954. He graduated from J.F. Kennedy High School in 1974. After graduation, Farley joined the United States Army. After serving our country, Mr. Hill joined the Willingboro Township Public Works Department mostly doing landscaping throughout the Township, including recreation and parks facilities. He was a resident of Willingboro for 61 years, he was often referred to as the “People’s Mayor of Willingboro”. He was an avid fisherman, a classic car enthusiast, guitar player, karaoke singer and loved to dance. He also was a black belt in Karate. He loved his beloved dogs, Sabre and Overlord.
He was predeceased by his father, John Hill; his mother, Minnie Will Hill (Peeples); and his brother, Donald Peeples.
He is survived by his loving sister, Ingrid E. Scott (James) and brother, Eric Hill; as well as nieces and nephews: Vera Lee, Timiko Butel (Brian), Tanya Clark, Qiana Mallory (Malik), Jacqueline Corson (Joesph), James Scott IV (Shaakira), Christina Hill (Luis), Lydia Moore-Hill, Nahum Hill (Jessica), and Simeon Hill. He is also survived by many cousins, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Funeral Services will be held, Saturday, January 24,2026, 11am at the Goes - Scolieri Funeral Home, 212 Veterans Parkway, Willingboro, NJ, 08046. (609)871-1000.
Interment will be private and at the convenience of his family.
