Josephine Barbara Jenkins

Josephine Barbara Jenkins was born August 8th, 1934, in Philadelphia

Pennsylvania. The oldest of 6, Josephine loved being a big sister to her siblings.

She spent her childhood in Philly until she moved to Willingboro, where she would

build her life of love and happiness. She gave birth to her only child, Angie, on

February 8th, 1967, who would go on to be her best friend until the very end. On

August 14th, 1985, she went on to marry the love of her life, Joseph Jenkins, and

lived in marital bliss until his passing on June 18th,1999. From then on, she filled

her time aiding at the local elementary school, chatting with friends at the Senior

center, going to the beach and out to eat with her daughter, and loving on her grand

and great grand babies.

On May 18th, 2024, God called Josephine home for her final rest. She is proceeded

in death by her mother and father, her beloved husband Joseph, and her brothers

Sonny and Steven. Left to cherish her memory are her angel here on earth Angela

and her son in love Herman, her siblings Delores, Annette, and Clarence, 4

handsome grandsons Shawn, Stephen, Samuel and Solomon, 13 great grand

children and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.
