Dolores J. Rovenski

Willingboro , NJ – Dolores J Rovenski of Willingboro , NJ passed away peacefully on May 9, 2024 at Virtua Hospital in Mt Holly. She was 89, Loving Wife to Joseph Rovenski and family.  Dolores was born October 2, 1934 to Jelindo and Margret Favot in Detroit Michigan.

After High School she worked for Michigan Bell when she met Joseph Rovenski and were married June 22, 1957 and had 4 children, all boys, John and Robert born in Michigan, and after the family moved to New Jersey Joseph and James were born. Dolores is preceded in death by her oldest son John and her husband Joseph and her 3 brothers Vincent, Richard and Robert. She’s survived by her Sons Robert (Sharon), Joseph II and James (Patti).

She has 6 grandchildren, Michael Rovenski (Miranda), Andrea and Nicholas, Donny Giordano (Sharon), Tina Defilippo (Anthony) and Julianna Knazek (Scott). She also has eight great grandchildren, Gabby Defilippo, Anthony Defilippo, Aidan Giordano, Jillian Giordano, Landan Giordano, Mirra Rovenski, Dontrell Ricks and Cole Knazek.

Dolores was an avid bowler and worked for 2 different bowling alleys. She bowled in various women’s and mixed leagues. She maintain 170’s average and in 1977 became a member of the National 600 club and she also enjoyed playing softball and going to the casino. She was an avid dog lover, she had various dogs, Fuzzy, ChiChi, Vera and Bradly just to name a few.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Memorial Visitation, Friday, May 24, 2024, 9am - 10am at the Goes - Scolieri Funeral Home, 212 Veterans Parkway, Willingboro, NJ. (609)871-1000. Interment will follow at Odd Fellows Cemetery, Burlington,NJ.
