Carmen Dinorah De Arias, of Eastampton, NJ, passed away on Thursday, June 22, 2023.

Our loving mother was peaceful called by The Lord surrounded by her daughter at the age of 94. Carmen was born on January 23, 1929 in Bani, Dominican Republic to the late Lydia and Carlos Pena.

Happily married for 54 years, to her beloved late husband Luis. F. Arias Arias. Loving, dedicated and disciplinary mother of Bolivar, Asela, Altagracia and Isabel, is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.

Carmen graduated of Executive Secretary in The Mercedes Academy, located in Santo Domingo, DR, in 1960. After graduation she decided to dedicate her time taking care her family by the agreement with her late husband, who also dedicated his time as an excellent provider and loving father.

Carmen loved to spend time with her family and friends and was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She loved reading, music, dancing, gardening, art and crafts and most of all cooking. She was a good listener and loved to provide guidance to others. She also enjoyed traveling, especially to Spain to visit her country of origin.
