A "gentle giant" quietly slipped away from us the other day in the person of Mr. Charles R. Spinner, Jr. Our hearts are heavy because we will miss his contagious laughter, sound advice and witty personality. Mr. Spinner had dubbed himself an "honorary board member" of our church's trustee board. He told us to always keep him in the loop (smile). Our many thoughts, deepest sympathies and constant prayers are with the family at this time. May his rich legacy of love, faith and generosity be remembered and emulated for generations to come. The Apostle Paul sums it up best in 2nd Timothy 4:7 when he said, "...I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith."
